Not the right fit? Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unused and with original tags and packaging.

Open My orders, choose the item and tap Request return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Review
Our team reviews photos and confirms eligibility, usually within 24 hours.
3. Pickup
A courier collects the parcel from your address, or you drop it at a partner point.
4. Refund
After quality check, refunds are sent to bKash, Nagad or your card within 5–7 working days.
Not eligible for return
- Innerwear, swimwear, cosmetics and beauty products (hygiene)
- Items marked Final sale or Clearance
- Custom stitched or made-to-order pieces
- Items returned used, washed, damaged or without tags
